A couple of creative tips...

• The gorgeous colouring on the pineapples was created using a rock-and-roll stamping technique: start with inking the stamp with your lightest colour then rock it on another colour ink pad. The colours used on my pineapples are Daffodil Delight, Tangerine Tango and Flirty Flamingo. To get the colours to blend and bleed into each other, I lightly spritzed the inked stamp with water before stamping.
• The pineapple was die-cut using the Pretty Pines Thinlits Dies. The crown of the pineapple are the pine branches from the same set, die-cut from Old Olive card stock.
• The background for the Thank You card is also from the Christmas Pines stamp set. First it was inked in Daffodil Delight, rocked on an Old Olive ink pad and then stamped off on scrap paper before stamping onto the card front.
