I currently don't own this fantastic tool, but I have had a play with the Circle Scissors from the Summer Mini - it's a lot of fun!

The Circle Scissor Plus allows you to cut a circle any size from 1" (2.5 cm) to 6" (15 cm). It is recommended that you use the Circle Scissors with the Glass Mat (also in the Summer Mini) as it gives you the best results and prevents damage to your Circle Scissors blade. Here is a great YouTube video made by a fellow demonstrator that will help you understand how this tool works.
