This is a Z-Fold Pop-Up card. The Z-Fold is for the shape of the card fold, and this one has a band across the front that pops up when you open the card...

The words stamped on this Father's Day card are letters from the Labeler Alphabet stamp set, which is so handy to have if you don't have a stamp that says exactly what you want. This card is stamped with "Happy Father's Day" but it could easily be adapted for a masculine birthday card too... just replace "Father's Day" with "Birthday".
