This is called a Latch Card because the wreath on the right is on a hinge and when you lift the "latch" or wreath you open the card and bring some of the loveliness from the front to the inside of the card.
Here's a couple of creative tips...
- The lovely embossing on the front of the card is the Softly Falling embossing folder. To mimic snow falling and make it 'pop', carefully drag the Whisper White Craft ink pad over the raised embossing.
- The wreath is stamped on Shimmery White card stock - a bit of shine to your card and it's more hardy for water colouring than standard card stock. Use Blender Pens for those fine details.
- The wreath and bow from the Peaceful Wreath stamp set were perfectly die-cut using the Wonderful Wreath Framelits Dies. Did you know that this die-set also coordinates with the Circle of Spring and Wondrous Wreath stamp sets?
