This Sunday is Father's Day here in New Zealand and I have been playing with some of the new products from the 2015 Holiday Catalogue to create something special for my Dad. I made a gatefold card and used the plaid patterned paper from the Merry Moments DSP Stack to fold a shirt for the card front - it reminds me of a men's flannel shirt!

I found the folding instructions for the shirt on Cambria Turnbow's website, and the idea for adding mini brads for buttons came from Paula Reid. I used some of the phrases from the Words of Truth stamp set for the front and inside of the card...

But I didn't stop there. I also used the new Square Pillow Box Thinlits Dies to create a matching gift box...

To create all the lovely texture on the card and gift box, I used the brayer to ink the inside of the Woodland Embossing Folder with Whisper White Craft ink, which transferred onto the Crumb Cake card stock when I embossed it.
