This card was inspired by a card by Jaydee. The colour-blocked panel on the card front compares Lost Lagoon with three other current Stampin' Up! colours...

Lost Lagoon is a gorgeous deep-sea blue with grey undertones that is a much darker shade of Soft Sky (they are monochromatic colours or a Dynamic Duo listed on the Colour Coach). More dusty-blue than Bermuda Bay, much darker and richer than Pool Party, Lost Lagoon is a divine hue that pairs so well with many colour combinations.

This card also features a versatile new stamp set from the 2014-2015 Annual Catalogue... Something to Say, available in wood-mount and clear-mount.

I love using the generation stamping technique as shown on this last card. This is where you ink the stamp once then stamp is multiple times to get lighter shades of the ink every time you stamp.
