My son had a Lego Party during the school holidays for his 8th birthday. He had a few friends over, had a Lego-shaped cake and we went to the Lego Movie. This is the Lego-inspired birthday card I created...

This card is a CASE from Sharlene Meyer, I love how she used an inked cap of a Stampin' Write Marker to add circles around the outside of the card - that's thinking outside the box!
To round out the birthday party, each boy went home with a Lego party bag of goodies...

The three loaf tin-sized chocolate cakes were covered in coloured white icing. The dots were Oreo cookies, covered with icing and stuck to the top. Yum!
On another topic, with the 2014-2015 Annual Catalogue release on 1 July we will bid farewell to several of our favourite stamps and accessories in order to make room for exciting new products.
