The background is a scattering of images using Gorgeous Grunge and Hearts a Flutter stamp sets in Bermuda Bay, Coastal Cabana and Crisp Cantaloupe with Sahara Sand and a smattering of silver. The Expressions Thinlits and Silver Metallic Encore Stamp Pad that I used for this card are from the 2013 Holiday Catalogue and are still available to purchase (the catalogue finishes on 1 February 2014).
