I found the tutorial for this Fathers Day gift HERE and altered the dimensions to fit the Cadbury chocolate box. Just some stamping and a sentiment to add to the bottom of the "shirt"/card before giving it...

I think that both fathers will like this gift, especially as it comes with chocolate!
