We recently had a death in our family, so I needed to make a couple of sympathy cards. I must say, these have to be one of the hardest cards to make and write in. After some thought and browsing, I ended up making this card, which was inspired by Bonnie Klass...
Stamps: Pocket Silhouettes (wood: 115852), En Français (wood: 112358). Card/Paper: Not Quite Navy (108606), Whisper White (106549). Ink: Not Quite Navy (103008), Crumb Cake (121030). Accessories: Old Olive Stampin' Write Marker (100079), Not Quite Navy Stampin' Write Marker (100059), Cajun Craze Stampin' Write Marker (119678). Tools: Stampin' Sponges (101610).
I made a few extra of this card design to have on hand because you never know when you might need them. This layout and the one-layer sponging/stamping technique would also be great for a large range of cards.
