We recently had a lot of fun at a Mini Catalogue Launch Party I held to celebrate my favourite release of the year, the stunning January-April 2025 Mini Catalogue.  One of the highlights of this fun event is the display of all the gorgeous new products.  The product photographs in the catalogues are amazing (kudos to the Stampin' Up! creative team), but they are much better in real life.  Here is a snapshot of our day with some of the product displays.

And a party is not complete without games and prizes!  We had a lot of laughs playing games, and some of you were competitive!  These were the fun prizes I gave to the lucky winners... samples of Friends of the Ocean 12" x 12" Designer Series Paper, some Sunny Day Iridescent Dots, all wrapped up with Iridescent 1/2" Striped Trim.

And then there was the BIG prize draw I gave away!  Everyone who attended had multiple opportunities to get their name into the draw for the beautiful Storybook Garden Patch stamp set, a pack of Storybook Moments 12" x 12" Specialty Designer Series Paper, wrapped with a long length of Petal Pink 3/8" Scalloped Ribbon.

I love making small gifts for events like the Mini Catalogue Launch Party.  I created cute patterned paper gift bags using the Wildflower Birthday Specialty Designer Series Paper this time.

These gift bags were made using the same instructions as the Christmas ones I made last year with two-toned cardstock.  I love how you see both sides of the patterned paper when constructed.  This one has a lovely floral design with gold highlights, and the turnover at the top shows the fun pink gingham that lines the inside.

One of the sheets of patterned paper in the  Wildflower Birthday Specialty Designer Series Paper has fun panels and a row of five 6 cm (2-1/4") wide tags, which I have tied to the gift bag handle with baker's twine.  This is the sheet that I used for the tags...

Besides being fun guest gifts for the Mini Catalogue Launch Party, these gift bags make lovely birthday treats, too!  We also had hands-on experiences with new products at the Mini Catalogue Launch Party, where we created some fun projects, but I'll share that with you later.
