I love the neutral tones and gold highlights that feature in the Nature's Sweetness Suite.  I have used this stunning bundle to create a diagonal double-pocket card, just in time for Mother's Day!

Look at all that beautiful stamping!  I have used the splatters, journal stamps, and swatches from the Lovely & Sweet and Notes of Nature stamp sets to give the background a worn texture.  To add to the effect, I have sponged Pecan Pie ink along the edges of the Pecan Pie cardstock using a Sponge Dauber.  The natural tones were then complimented by the gold foil patterned paper from the Nature's Sweetness Specialty Designer Series Paper and the stamped images, which were heat embossed with Gold Embossing Powder.  The botanical on the front of this card is an almond branch and I have highlighted the flowers using a Sponge Dauber and a touch of Bubble Bath ink.

Tami White inspired the design of this beautiful card and it is one A4 sheet of cardstock that is folded to create two fun pockets in the front!  I have added bookmarks with an encouraging message, one in each pocket.

I have carried the distressed theme and botanicals from the Mother's Day card into the bookmarks.  If you are interested, the two other plants are cocoa (top bookmark) and vanilla (bottom bookmark).  The left edge of each bookmark was die-cut with the fun perforation from the Notes of Nature Dies.  I then threaded through some Gold Faux Leather Trim and tied a knot at each end to secure it.

Since it is that time of the catalogue year... let's talk about what products from this project are carrying over and which ones you need to get before they're gone.  Firstly, the Lovely & Sweet stamp set and coordinating dies are carrying over into the new annual catalogue - yay!  However, the discounted bundle price does not.  Unfortunately, the Notes of Nature stamp set is retiring and has sold out.  But the Notes of Nature Dies are still available.  When it comes to paper and accessories, the Nature's Sweetness Designer Series Paper is carrying over, but the gorgeous Faux Leather Gold Trim is not.  The good news is that this trim is still available.

So, now you just need to decide what you can't live without!
