I have used Sending Cheer (a Christmas stamp set) to create a birthday card!  Not only that, I have used the Merry Bold & Bright Designer Series Paper on this birthday card too.  As you can see, you don't have to restrict Christmas products to once a year...

Twelve sheets of patterned paper: 2 each of 6 double-sided designs.

To create this card, I cut five 2 cm x 9 cm (3/4" x 3-1/2") strips of Merry Bold & Bright Designer Series Paper and added them to the front of a 10 cm (4") square card cut from Crushed Curry cardstock.  I chose the fun, bright, non-Christmasy patterned paper - the stars and spots are great for this.  I then stamped the present and words from the Sending Cheer stamp set in Flirty Flamingo and Real Red inks and adhered them over the patterned paper with Mini Stampin' Dimensionals.  The final touch was to add a scattering of Iridescent Rhinestone Jewels to make it sparkle!
