The colour combination on this quick-and-easy birthday card really is bright and beautiful - inspired by the Bright & Beautiful Suite on page 14 of the new annual catalogue...

Bundles: Beautiful Balloons Stamp Set + Beautiful Balloons Dies (photopolymer: 161457). Ink: Berry Burst (147143), Lemon Lime Twist (147145), Bubble Bath (161664). Card/Paper: Basic White (159228). Accessories: Basic White Note Cards & Envelopes (159232), Iridescent Pearl Basic Jewels (158987). Tools: Stampin’ Cut & Emboss Machine (149653), Small Blending Brushes (160518), Mini Stampin’ Dimensionals (144108).

Here are the simple steps on how I created it... 

1. Apply Lemon Lime Twist ink with a Small Blending Brush in a soft, circular motion in the middle of a Basic White Note Card.
2. Stamp the curved words and confetti in Lemon Lime Twist onto the card front.
3. Stamp the balloon in Berry Burst ink and tassel in Bubble Bath ink onto Basic White cardstock and die-cut out.  Adhere both pieces to the card front with Mini Stampin' Dimensionals.
4. Add a scattering of three iridescent pearl embellishments.
