The fabulous and fun patterned paper from the Fancy Flora Designer Series Paper pack was perfect for creating this Tie-Back Curtain card...

This curtain-like patterned paper began its journey as a 14 cm x 14 cm (5-1/2" x 5-1/2") square, which was trimmed and scored as per this template...

Then the right edge was trimmed, folded back, and the pretty Pool Party Grosgrain Ribbon wrapped around, drawing back the faux curtain.

I adhered the gathered Fancy Flora Designer Series Paper onto a 14 cm (5-1/2") high piece of Basic White cardstock, which I embossed with the very pretty Crosshatch Embossing Folder (one of the three Basics 3D Embossing Folders).  How lovely is that texture!

Then all my greeting card needed was some words.  The "thank you" from the Something Fancy Bundle was stamped in Pool Party ink (to match the ribbon) and then die-cut out with the coordinating dies from the bundle, along with a fun tulip shape.  This was layered over sumptuous Fine Shimmer Paper with a touch of bling from the Iridescent Pastel Gems.

I am loving these products from the Fancy Flora Suite and was pleasantly surprised to see some will carryover from the current mini catalogue into the new 2023-2024 Annual Catalogue in May.  However, we will be saying goodbye to the lovely Fancy Flora Designer Series Paper and the Fine Shimmer Paper, so be sure to get some yourself from the Last Chance Products Sale... the Fine Shimmer Paper is even discounted!
