Do you stamp directly onto patterned paper?  I have used the wonderful Picturesque stamp set to stamp a scenic silhouette directly onto one of the sheets of the stunning Enjoy the Journey Designer Series Paper to create a card that can be sent for any occasion.

To create this card I cut one of the lovely mountain landscapes from the Enjoy the Journey Designer Series Paper pack at 7.5 cm x 11.3 cm (3" x 4-1/2") and then stamped it with the trees and birds in Tuxedo Black Memento ink before adhering it onto the front of a Basic White Note Card.  Layered over the lower half of this greeting card is one of the geometric patterned papers from the Enjoy the Journey Designer Series Paper pack cut at 9 cm x 1.5 cm (3-1/2" x 1/2") and words stamped in Pumpkin Pie ink onto Basic White cardstock, die-cut using a banner from the Stylish Shapes Dies.  Tucked underneath the words is a 25 cm (10") length of Pumpkin Pie Twine tied in a loopy bow and secured with a Mini Glue Dot.
