The Double-Door Pop-Up Card has so, so much wow-factor and is a fabulous design for a masculine greeting card, especially when you pair it with the Enjoy the Journey Designer Series Paper and Picturesque stamp set.  I based this fun card on Lisa Curcio's Double-Door Popup Card, which I redesigned and created to fit a standard C6 envelope.

The front of this pop-up card has two of the layering silhouette images from the Picturesque stamp set inked in Starry Sky and Highland Heather.  I love how forgiving this two-step stamping set is and how easy it was to line up.

But wait, there's more!  Lift up the front panel and you can see the patterned paper from the Enjoy the Journey Designer Series Paper pack that inspired this card's colour palette...

Now you can see why this greeting card is called a Double-Door Pop-Up card!  As you lift the front, the hinges on the side open two front "doors", and inside...

... is more stamping using the Picturesque stamp set.  This beautiful scene has the woodland silhouettes stamped in Starry Sky and Highland Heather inks, just like the front.  But this time I also stamped the sky in Fresh Freesia ink (stamped off for a lighter effect) and some flying birds in Starry Sky ink.  This is actually the front of a note card that is seated inside the doors.

I love these words!  This card will be such an encouragement to someone.  

Not content to create only one Double-Door Pop-Up Card using this fun combination of products, I made a second one.  This time it was for a birthday and I used Evening Evergreen, Garden Green, and Coastal Cabana inks...
