I used strips of patterned paper from both packs of Designer Series Paper in the Country Floral Lane Suite to create a fun background.  On top of that, I have added stamped-and-punched hearts, shiny sequins, and beautiful words.  I tied the bow using a length of burlap ribbon and then cut along the lengths to give a fun double-bow look.

I love this card design, where the beautiful patterned paper does all the work!  Then all you need are some pretty elements and your favourite sentiment, like this one... "I love that we are friends".
