If you pop on over to the Double Gate-Fold Christmas Card that I shared a few weeks ago, you will find the cutting and scoring instructions for the designer paper card base.  Then, instead of a rectangular panel for the front of this card, I opted for the oval shape that is celebrated in the Fitting Florets Collection.

I used the inner oval from die-cutting the largest frame from Basic White Thick cardstock and adhered to it the smallest oval frame die-cut from Soft Succulent cardstock.  I then stamped the words inside the frame with Night of Navy ink... aren't those fonts fabulous!

Some of the stamps and dies in the Framed Florets Bundle have a curved shape that accentuates the ovals.  I have stamped the lovely, curved floral arrangement in Night of Navy ink and coloured it with Night of Navy, Balmy Blue, and Soft Succulent Stampin' Blends.  The bouquet was then die-cut and added to the bottom-left edge of the frame with Mini Stampin' Dimensionals.  I have also added a single flower and leaf on the top-right edge of the frame and finished the birthday card with some stunning Gold Adhesive-Backed Swirls to catch the light.

I am loving the Fitting Florets Collection and I can't wait to play with it more!
