Sympathy cards can be difficult to create and often at a tough time.  Pastel colours and floral imagery are a good rule of thumb when creating a sympathy card.  Here I have paired the elegant Delicate Dahlias stamp set with a soft polka dot patterned paper from the Hand-Penned Designer Series Paper pack.

Repetition of imagery is a simple way to create a visually pleasing card.  Here I have stamped the beautiful Dahlia flower outline multiple times in Tuxedo Black Memento ink onto the panel for the card front.  I also stamped a Dahlia flower and two leaves in Tuxedo Black Memento ink onto a piece of Basic White cardstock, then stamp over these with the matching solid image in Pale Papaya and Soft Sea Foam inks, cut them out, and mounted them on the stamped panel.
