I created another fun gatefold card like my Nuts About You Card, but this time I have made a Father's Day card using the Hats Off Bundle...

Hats Off Stamp Set + Hat Builder Dies Bundle (photopolymer: 158361) - $73.75

This project began with the gatefold card design and the fabulous Calypso Coral striped pattern from the You're a Peach Designer Series Paper.  To round out my masculine colour scheme, I added Soft Succulent, Smoky Slate, and Evening Evergreen.

That cap... I love it!  It is so versatile and perfect for masculine cards.  The cap image was stamped twice with Evening Evergreen ink, once on Soft Succulent cardstock and once on Smoky Slate cardstock, and then die-cut out.  I then scissor-cut the bill from the Smoky Slate cap and adhered it over the bill of the Soft Succulent cap.  It's an easy way to change up the cap style and give it a two-tone finish.

Because this card is for Father's Day, I stamped "DAD" for the branding patch on my cap and then simply finished the inside with "Happy Father's Day" using the A Wish For Everything stamp set.  But you could easily change this card for a masculine birthday celebration by stamping a generic image for the patch and "Happy Birthday" inside.
