When I came to make my Mothers Day cards, I was inspired by the flowers on a card that Delys made and the colours I had on my table at the time - Kiwi Kiss and Rich Razzleberry. Love this colour combination!

Some of the details you can't see in the photo is that the Kraft behind the flowers is stamped using VersaMark and the Very Vintage Jumbo Wheel, plus there is linen thread that wraps around the Kraft cardstock about four times. Love the texture! Also, before I scrunched and made the flowers, I stamped the petals/scallop circles. The Rich Razzleberry flower is stamped all over with the ivy from the Vintage Vogue stamp set and the edges are daubered.

The Whisper White flower is daubered on the edges with Kiwi Kiss.

And, the Kiwi Kiss flower has the small flower from Vintage Vogue stamped in the centre and the edges are daubered.

When I started making this card, I wanted to create a vintage-look and I had a vision in my head of what I wanted it to look like. I am really pleased with the finished card and how all the little details came together. It was really hard to give this card away, but both mums loved the card so it was all worth it!
