The 2021-2022 Annual Catalogue was released last week with five new colours to add to the Stampin' Up! colour palette.  One of the five colours is... SOFT SUCCULENT - a dusty grey-green that is intense but with a muted feel to it. Take a look at how this new hue compares with some of our familiar core colours...

I have used this understated colour with the Beauty of Friendship Bundle to create a pretty "hello" friendship card...

Beauty of Friendship Stamp Set + Beautiful Trees Dies Bundle (155834) - $109.75

This card is backed with the lovely Bark 3D Embossing Folder with the stamped tree as the focal point.  And take a look at the leaves of the stamped tree... that is one stamp!  It has a fabulous tonal stamping effect.  To finish, I added three gorgeous Soft Succulent Jewels to catch the light, and a pretty Baker's Twine bow behind the words.  Since I didn't have any Baker's Twine in Soft Succulent, I used the light Stampin' Blend to colour White Baker's Twine.

This card is all about showcasing the fabulous Beauty of Friendship Bundle and gorgeous new Soft Succulent hue but, if you look closely, you will also see a hint of another new In Color... Evening Evergreen!  Soft Succulent, Evening Evergreen (the stamped words), and Gray Granite pair really well for a gentle colour combination.
