The release of the new 2021-2022 Annual Catalogue marks the introduction of five fresh, on-trend colours to add to the Stampin' Up! palette.  These are called the In Colors and they stay with us for two years.  I want to introduce you to one of the five new 2021-2023 In Colors... PALE PAPAYA - a delicate apricot colour that is soft and peachy.  Take a look at how this new hue compares with some of our familiar core colours...

Pale Papaya is a fresh, new pastel orange that is fun to play with.  Here I have paired it with Blushing Bride and Mint Macaron to create this pretty Mother's Day Card, featuring the fabulous, new Hand-Penned Suite.

The colours of this card were inspired by one of the patterned papers in the Hand-Penned Designer Series Paper pack.  On one side is a Pale Papaya washed background with a pretty, polka dot pattern, and on the reverse are bouquets of flowers.  I have replicated the hand-drawn flower in the designer paper with the stamping on the front of my card using the Hand-Penned Petals stamp set and coordinating Penned Flowers Dies...
