I love using the Scrappy Strip technique as it's a simple method and I get to showcase many of the beautiful patterns on both sides of our designer series paper packs.  For this card, I also mixed in some Soft Suede cardstock embossed with the Basket Weave Embossing Folder for some added texture.

My Mother's Day card was finished with the "Happy Mother's Day" stamp from the Timeless Tulips stamp set with a swirl of Mossy Meadow Linen Thread behind.
