Another masculine card using the fabulous Classic Garage Suite. This one was for my hubby's birthday...

Here's how it opens up...

This wallet-style card design was taught by Jacque Williams at a past Hamilton Extravaganza. I chose this design as I included birthday gift vouchers and they sat snuggly inside.

Returning to the front of the card, I wanted to tell you how to create the fabulous, chunky, coloured gears that have a very cool 3D effect. It was my downline and friend Christine Palmer who told me about this. Here's the secret recipe...

1. Die-cut four gears from Basic Gray card stock. Adhere them one on top the other using Tombow Multipurpose Liquid Glue.
2. Pick out the patterned paper from the Classic Garage Designer Series Paper, the one with the coloured gears all over on a Basic Gray background, and die-cut out one of the gears.
3. Adhere the die-cut coloured gears on top of the stack of Basic Gray ones.
