I used this product suite to create a special 50th wedding anniversary card for my Mother- and Father-In-Law. It would also make a great 50th birthday card too!

The focal point of the Sweet Soirée Suite is the Cake Soirée stamp set and coordinating Sweet Cake Framelits Dies. Here's a close up of the gorgeous stamped, floral cake, coloured using the Pink Pirouette, Calypso Coral, Rich Razzleberry and Old Olive Stampin' Blends. I loved colouring this!

Oh, and see the touch of bling trim around the cake? That's the Shimmery White Embossing Paste, applied through the Sweet Soirée Decorative Masks.

I've mentioned that this product suite has touches of silver but, traditionally, a 50th Wedding Anniversary is a Golden Anniversary, so I needed to be a bit tricky, especially with the numbers from the Sweet Soirée Embellishment Kit. They are actually half white and half silver. To make them gold, I pressed them into a VersaMark stamp pad, applied Gold Stampin' Emboss Powder and heat set. I applied two coats to get an all-over gold finish.
