Word stamps can be used for more than just adding sentiments. Stamping words repeatedly in a haphazard- or linear-style is a great way to create an interesting background or a focal point for your project. For this thank you card, I've stamped "SWEET" from the Cool Treats stamp set down my card and then highlighted the word again in the "YOU ARE SWEET" sentiment. To get that glossy chocolate-sauce-look on the top of my ice cream, I die-cut the topping from Chocolate Chip card stock, laid it on the Silicone Craft Sheet and then covered it with the Fine-Tip Glue Pen. Here's a couple of tips when you're doing this... (1) start by outlining the image with the Fine-Tip Glue Pen and then fill it in, (2) if you get a bubble in the glue, then gently dab it with the corner of a tissue while it's still wet, and (3) leave it to dry completely before using or you'll get fingerprints!
