I love that we have Christmas in the summer here in the southern hemisphere - barbeques, beaches, sun, swimming... But I do love snowflake images at Christmas too. They are really decorative, even though they don't fit with our summer-time holidays.

On Saturday my team gathered at my house for a "Champagne" Christmas breakfast. We had cereal, yoghurt and strawberries, plus croissants filled with barbequed ham steaks, swiss cheese and tomatoes. All washed down with sparkling grape juice, orange and grapefruit juice.

A couple of weeks ago we made designer paper gift bags at a Crafters Anonymous online class, taught by the lovely Dee Sturgeon. I made a Christmas one using the Be of Good Cheer DSP and gave it away in the prize draw at the Hamilton Christmas Extravaganza. The other one I made I used the striking Cajun Craze patterned paper from the Comfort Cafe DSP pack and finished it with an Early Espresso scalloped tulle bow (page 4, Holiday Catalogue)...
