Colour is all around us and, whether we realise it or not, it evokes our emotions and plays a big role in our everyday lives. For example orange communicates warmth, cheerfulness and optimism. Did you know that a Flamingo's feathers are actually light grey when they hatch? Flamingos obtain their wonderful rosy pink colour from carotenoid pigments, found the aquatic organisms they eat. I think that Flirty Flamingo is a much better name for a new 2016-2018 In Color than an alliteration using the word "shrimp"! Here's my other thoughts on Flirty Flamingo...

This is a great quote, from the front of the new 2016-2017 Annual Catalogue... "Colour isn't just pretty; it evokes emotions and helps us to express creativity". I love colour and I want to share with you my thoughts on the five new 2016-2018 In Colors. The first one we will explore will be Sweet Sugarplum.
Last Friday I held an Annual Catalogue Launch Party where we had hands-on exploration of new 2016-2017 Annual Catalogue products, make-and-takes, games, spot prizes, prize draws and more. I certainly had a lot of fun!
