I love the versatility of the Christmas stamp sets in the Holiday Catalogue. They can be used for a variety of seasonal occasions or for something more generic. The Wondrous Wreath stamp set is one example. It definitely lends itself to a lovely Christmas card, but they had foresight to add flowers to the stamp set - now it can be used to create wreaths for all occasions.

One of the most versatile stamp sets in the new Holiday Catalogue is Letterpress Winter. This is a perfect Christmas stamp set, but the words and imagery are also lovely for non-Christmas cards and projects too.
