Not only are hot air balloons fun to use, very generic and can be used for both feminine and masculine cards, but the Lift Me Up stamp set has such a broad range of sentiments that this set is definitely one that will get so much use. It ticks all six boxes!

Here, I've created thank you cards using the Lift Me Up stamp set, coordinating Up & Away Thinlits Dies and matching Carried Away Designer Series Paper. These cards are for anyone who places an order with me during February.

To get that two-toned effect on the hot air balloon I first inked the stamp in So Saffron and then the bottom-half in Peekaboo Peach ink. To soften the ink boundaries, I used a Sponge Dauber to sponge Peekaboo Peach ink from the bottom, up into the So Saffron. A quick "huff" (to re-moisten the ink with a warm breath) and then stamp on to Whisper White card.
