How do I get the best from my Fast Fuse Adhesive?

Fast Fuse is a double-sided tape-runner adhesive with a permanent, strong tack that bonds instantly.  It is a good all-purpose adhesive that is perfect for heavy layers and construction.

Two important tips to get the best from your Fast Fuse Adhesive...

  1. Use a light touch when dispensing.  Hold the Fast Fuse only on the sides, that is, no finger on the top.  Using your Fast Fuse like this will mean you don't exert too much pressure, which prevents damage and unwanted loops inside the unit.  Donna from the South Pacific Office share's her insights on how to hold the Fast Fuse...

 

  1. Use a "check" or "tick" action to break the tape.  The Fast Fuse is fabulously strong and won't naturally break when the unit is lifted off the page, which results in a stringy, tangled mess.  When you've dispensed a strip of Fast Fuse Adhesive, before lifting the unit off the page, make a "check" or "tick" motion to the side to break the tape.  Amy from the Stampin' Up!
