I have been playing with the ribbon from the ribbon bundle promotion.  I love the Certainly Celery and have used it quite a bit.  I added it to the little thank you cards I gave to customers who placed orders this month:

I am doing a workshop next week with a friend and borrowed the Crazy for Cupcakes stamp set from her.  This is one of the cards we are making at that workshop.

It is a really fun stamp set and I think I have to get it... soon!  I have so enjoyed using these stamps with the watercolour pencils that I have make two other cards for my nieces' brithdays - may as well use it while I have it here!  I will put those two cards up when I have photographed them.

I found this card on Splitcoast Stampers that I really liked and decided have a go.  It uses a stamp set I absolutely adore, Scribble This.  I also used the new flower brads from the Spring Mini Catalogue and lovely designer paper in Pink Pirouette from Candy Lane.

I made a similar one for my good friend Patrice to congratulate her on achieving her goals as a Stampin' Up! demonstrator and earning a free trip away!  It is the same, but says "Congratulations" instead of "Heartfelt".  

Another good friend, Nadine, had her birthday last week, so I got all excited and made one for her as well!  I used the "Birthday Wishes" stamp from Sincere Salutations on her card and changed up the colours.

My daughters were admiring the cards and my youngest (6) said that she thought it would make a good Christmas Card. That got me thinking, so at some stage I will try it again using Riding Hood Red and Kiwi Kiss or Old Olive, making the flower a Poinsettia.

Here is the Just Beachy stamp set from the Spring Mini Catalogue again.  I really love this stamp set and have found it to be really versatile.  This acetate box has the sun image stamped with Cotton White Stazon (also from the Spring Mini Catalogue).  I stamped the jandals image around the outside in Rose Red on Very Vanilla and matched it with Pretty in Pink.

I got really excited and also stamped the fish images from the Just Beachy stamp set on some jandals with the Cotton White Stazon.  I think it would even better on darker-coloured jandals, but I do like the "water" effect that these ones have.  The kids really love it and want me to stamp all their footwear now!

I have been challenged recently to try a new technique.  I saw a recessed window card on Splitcoast Stampers and decided that instead of just admiring it, I would have a go.  This week I got a Pumpkin Pie stamp pad, so out came the Washington Apple DSP and here is my creation...
