I have post-it note markers all through my Annual Catalogue, pointing out projects that I want to create. At the top of page 75 is a photo of a simple butterfly card that uses the Watercolor Wings stamp set. It's simple, but very eye-catching, and I wanted to re-create it, so here it is...

Here's some tips for creating this card...
- Use the new thicker Whisper White card stock as a card base - it's lovely and strong.
- To get that great bokeh effect on the card front, I inked the dots from the Watercolor Wings stamp set in Blushing Bride and then stamped it onto the card front repeatedly, until I ran out of ink. Ink and repeat.
- Layer the stamped butterfly, die-cut vellum butterfly and wound Gold Metallic Thread on top of each other and staple together. To stop the gold thread from coming out from behind the staple, apply some Gold Glitz Dazzling Details over the staple - practical with bling!
