Have you thought about your Christmas cards?  Do you have some ideas?  Well, to help you, I am very happy to announce that next week I will begin a 12 Weeks of Christmas email campaign.

12 Weeks of Christmas

From 4 October, every week you will receive a holiday project idea with all the instructions on how to recreate it.  Weeks 1-5 projects are Christmas cards, weeks 7-9 are creative gifts and weeks 10-12 will have fun gift wrapping ideas.  Here's the catch... the only people who will receive these 12 amazing project ideas are those on my email list, so make sure you're subscribed!  It's easy, just sign up at the top right of this page.

In these emails you'll see gorgeous Christmas projects like this one.  Yes, it uses a Thanksgiving stamp set for Christmas!  Here I used sunflower image from the versatile Painted Harvest stamp set as a wreath on my Christmas card...

I used the two petal images to create the wreath, the detailed stamp in Garden Green ink and the background stamp in Wild Wasabi.  The holly berries are stamped in Real Red and are also from the Painted Harvest stamp set.  I love how this stamp has a gorgeous, irregular painted-look.  In fact, it looks like I've flicked painted strokes on my card to create the wreath!

I finished the card with a gold-embossed "Seasons Greetings" from the Cheers to the Year stamp set.  This was stamped onto a strip of Real Red card stock, which I've lightly sponged around the edges with Whisper White ink to give it a similar distressed look.
