When I saw the new Lemon Lime Twist, I fell in love with the colour. It goes with so many other colours and is the perfect accent. I remember sharing it with others and saying how much I love the colour but, it is so bright and intense, I wouldn't use it as the main colour in a project. Well, in creating this Sharing Sweet Thoughts Card, I have proved myself wrong! The perfect background for my jar of butterflies is the Layered Leaves 3D Dynamic Textured Impressions Embossing Folder - gorgeous! Remember, the dynamic embossing folders are thicker than traditional folders and require a different Big Shot sandwich configuration: you need to remove the bottom acrylic Cutting Pad. Also, if you find your card stock is distressed or cracked on the surface under the stress of the deep embossing, try lightly spritzing your card stock before embossing as this will make it more flexible.
