Welcome to Creative Stamping.
I offer workshops and demonstrations all focused on the fabulous papercraft products Stampin' Up! has to offer. As an Independent Stampin' Up! Demonstrator, I am here to showcase Stampin' Up! products, share special offers and give you fun project ideas. I look forward to sharing my love of stamping with you and inspiring your creativity.
I love the limited-edition Sent with Love stamps and designer paper. It is especially great for those difficult-to-make masculine cards. However, don't go past this bundle for a feminine card. Here's the birthday card I made for my sister using the Sent with Love products...
Stamps: Sent with Love (clear: 131847), Ciao, Baby! (wood: 129645, clear: 129648). Ink: Calypso Coral (126983), Real Red (126949), Pool Party (126982). Card/Paper: Pool Party (124391), Whisper White (106549), Sent with Love DSP (132182). Accessories: Delicate Details Lace Tap (130966), Pool Party Baker's Twine (125574). Tools: Big Shot (113439), Honeycomb Textured Impressions Embossing Folder (129378), 1-3/8" Square Punch (119877), Petite Curly Label Punch (129405), Stampin' Dimensionals (104430).
The images in the Sent with Love stamp set are generic and can be used for both men and women. For the designer paper, I picked out the soft colours (Calypso Coral and Pool Party), and added them to the card with the sweet Delicate Details Lace Tape from the Seasonal Catalogue (page 3). I really like the lace tape, the designs are so dainty and it is self-adhesive, so you only need to peel and stick - easy!
This week at my workshops we are making a diorama card using the Sent with Love stamp set and designer paper...
I made this card for my grandfather's birthday, and carried the products onto the back with birthday wishes...
Don't forget that the limited-edition Sent with Love stamp set and designer paper are only available until 15 June.

It was my parent's 40th wedding anniversary on Sunday. This is the card I made for them...

Tools: Big Shot (113439), Ovals Collection Framelits Dies (129381), Labels Collection Framelits Dies (125598), Jewelry Tag Punch (117190), 3/16" Corner Punch (119871), Occasions Paper-Piercing Pack (129387), Stampin' Pierce Mat (126199), Paper Piercing Tool (126189), Glue Dots (103683), Stampin' Dimensionals (104430).
When making their special card, I was inspired by Becky's Oh, Hello card. I love the way she used the Tea Lace Paper Doilies and Flower Trim (page 5, Seasonal Catalogue), with touches of rhinestone bling.
If you want to stamp numbers, you can't go past Memorable Moments - it is a really versatile stamp set as it also has "Happy", "Birthday" and "Anniversary". This stamp set is great for honouring special occasions.
Here's a close up of all the little details...
Lots of pretty here! This card would also make a very lovely Mothers Day card, just switch out the "40" and stamp "for my wonderful mother" from Delightful Dozen (page 141, Annual Catalogue) or a simple "Happy Mothers Day" from Teeny Tiny Sentiments (page 133, Annual Catalogue).
Love what you see?
I have made my Mothers Day card and I thought I would share it with your before posting...

I really enjoy making Mothers Day cards, you can be over-the-top pretty and feminine with flowers, butterflies, ribbons, lace pearls... Where I come unstuck is what to write inside - I have trouble finding the right words. Do you have trouble with what to write inside your handmade cards? Here's some lovely Mothers Day sayings and quotes to help you out this year...
Your arms were always open when I needed a hug.
Mothers hold their children's hands for a short while, but their hearts forever. - Unknown
When I was a kid, you did so much to make sure I had the best life you could possibly give me. And even though I'm all grown up now, I know that no matter where I am, what's going on, or how old I get, I'll still always have your love. I hope you know you'll always have mine, too. - Unknown
You are an inspiration, a great friend and by far the best mum any one can ask for. - Unknown
Now to get the cards in the post!
